The Board of Trustees of American Trinity University, awards the Doctorem, Honoris Causa (Dr.Hon.), to the author and researcher, Dr. Rudrarup Gupta, for continuing efforts in his commitment to the reconciliation of science and religion and to the field management.

Dr. Gupta earned his Bachelor of Communication from Acharya Girish Chandra Bose College (formerly, Bangabasi College of Commerce) and a Masters of Business Administration from the National Institute of Management, Kolkata. Dr. Gupta was employed as a management trainee with Inkwest Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., from 2007 to 2008. He worked for the Tata AIG life Insurance Company Ltd, as a provisional business associate for eight months and then as a business head for Investigator and Security, India, from 2009 to 2011. Dr. Gupta was the project scrutinizer for the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, working on the project entitled, “International Passengers Survey” that was initiated by the Tourism Department of the Government of India. Dr. Gupta worked for Vivekananda College of Empowerment, Kolkata, as a faculty and academic coordinator from 2011 to 2013. He is presently associated with the “Multifarious Projects Group” as a commercial manager.

Dr. Gupta is fluent in three languages. He has more than 30 professional publications and has published two books:
