ATU Regional Dean, Professor Dr Sean P Rozario presented the award Doctorem, Honoris Causa (Dr. Hon) to Dr. Ng Kin Choy in the field of Civil Engineering.

Dr.Ng is currently Director of CAST Laboratories (Cambodia) Co Ltd & Branch of CAST Laboratories, Myanmar. In Singapore, Dr Ng also enjoyed an illustrious career in Singapore as a Civil Engineer.  Dr. Ng is a philanthropist and a strong advocate for volunteerism. He believes strongly in community outreach and corporate social responsibility.  He was Past Vice President of Rotary Club Capital, Cambodia. As a member, he completed activities to aid in the building of a primary school, provided operational equipment to the Smile Foundation, an incubator for a hospital, and provided humanity services for flood and COVID-19 victims.  Dr Ng was also Past President of Lions Club of Singapore West. Twenty-five (25) years of serving the Home of Elders, Lion Befrienders for the needy and other humanity services.
