There is no change in our status as of yet.  The State of California (BPPE) stated that we cannot offer any courses until they approve our religious curriculum.    The fine is $50,000 if we start teaching as the seminary for the Reconciliation of Science and Religion Organization.  They are stopping our ability to practice our faith.  If the decision comes back with negative results, we are more than ready to challenge the decision in US Federal Court.  In fact, the support brief had been written.
